DTU (Data Transfer Unit) is a wireless terminal device that is specially used to convert serial port data into IP data or IP data into serial port data and transmit it through a wireless communication network. DTU is widely used in wireless meter reading,industrial data acquisition system,oil field monitoring.
DTU connects to the device through the interface to obtain data, and transmits the data to the designated device through the operator network (2G/3G/4G). Similarly, the reverse data center can also send data or instructions to DTU through the operator network, and then DTU can send data or instructions to the device through the interface.
