How to deal with scaling on the electrode of electromagnetic flowmeter
1. It is recommended to select sharp or hemispherical electrodes that are not easy to adhere, or select replaceable electrodes, etc.
2. Clean the electrode. Different electrode cleaning methods for electromagnetic flow meter
(1) The surface of platinum electrode is seriously polluted to form an oxide film. First polish the electrode surface with toothpaste, then wash it with pure water, and then immerse it in 3.5mol/l potassium chloride solution for 6 hours before use.
(2) For organic oil and oil pollution, first clean the electrode surface with detergent, then clean it with pure water, and then immerse it in 3.5mol/l potassium chloride solution for 6 hours.
(3) For the electrode polluted by inorganic matter, immerse the electrode in 0.1mol/l dilute hydrochloric acid for 30 minutes, wash it with pure water, and then immerse it in 3.5mol/l potassium chloride solution for 6 hours before use.
